I have 126K on my SE and never had any problems with the injectors. They should last the life of the car, but they may leak and cause flooding, at least some people have reported.

its best to have the injectors cleaned every 50,000 if not sooner i an SE also i just got my cleaned 500 miles ago will worth the 45 dollars i spent. and i had them done localy. but they should last as long or out last the car.

Pretty much forever, but as the guys said its good for any car to have its injectors pulled and cleaned/flow checked by a specialist at least once in its life. Its especially important on rotaries since flooding caused by leaky injectors can cause a no-start situation, due to lack of compression.
