Question Im in orlando now, need some guidance from other floorita peeps

this might not be the SE/FL thread but ive noticed alot of florida guys in here. i need to find a good honest garage here in orlando. Im looking to put a 13b in my 85 and get a small turbo put on it for a daily driver. these carbs are just a pain in my butt. I've got around $1600 budget. I've had some bad experences with these rotary shops in kissemee, im no longer in tampa and i cant drive the distance and leave my car with mazsport anymore, as much as i love their work and how honest they are.

If your looking for shops in Orlando,... Ortiz Speed shop off of Goldenrod and Central Florida turbo are right next to each other. Kilo racing, and racing mania are off of O.B.T.,... I will tell you though,... $1600 isnt enough to efi and turbo your car,... that might be enough for a solid n/a street port, header carb setup.

Yeah Ortiz Speed Shop should be able to take care of you. I have a guy that works for me who is like a nephew or cousin to the owners of the shop. I have heard alot of good stuff about them. Of course they are family, but good stuff. The shop number is 407-277-1787. It is located @ 549 goldenrod road.

I was just going to say $1600 is definitly not enough to EFI and turbo...hell I don't even think you can get the microtech unit you would need to run a 13bt...for that price...

you dont need a microtech to do the swap, although its always nice. I would say 1600 would be a minimum to do it yourself, but not with a shop doing it
