I'm looking for an auto trans

Like the title says i'm looking for a few auto trans and they just so happen to be from the 1st gen years i'm pretty sure.

Can anyone tell me what the model # is if they happen to have an auto laying around? I'm looking for a 3N71B which i think came in numerous cars but the one labeled R3A is specifically for the rotary. I just want to verify this with people who have them at their disposal.

I've posted this up in the "for sale" section but just wanted to post it in here to make sure everyone can see.......and i'm in kind of a rush. I know alot of you guys just throw the stock auto's away so i'm here to help.

bump to find a few tranny's......i know some of you guys have em. Don't you normally just toss them and switch over to 5spd. I'll take them off your hands so you won't have the junk laying around.

I have a 4n71B and torque converter out of a '91 rx7. Rotary bellhousing.

Shipping from OK to NV would be alot, though.

I really like the sound of that! My zip is 89147 in Las Vegas for shipping purposes. If everything is good to go then let me know how much and how you want payment and it's done.

The 4N71B? I prefer the 3N71B that way i won't have to change anything out if one tranny goes south. Let me know either way though please.

thanks

That's the one! The R3A is the rotary designation of the 3N71B.

How much do you want for it? I've only got 1 on the way that has been paid for. I've got quite a few people interested in selling but only 1 has committed.

Sorry, I fell off the face of the earth.

I will call fedex freight tomorrow and get a quote on how much they would want to ship it to you, and I'll let you have it for that much.

To be honest i haven't even had 1 follow through. So if they come through then great i'll have spares. I'm gonna do some testing with them and want to have a backup at all times. That way next season i'll have complete swaps with me for engine, tranny, and drivetrain. I don't want to drive to a race without the chance of finishing it.

Now if i could get just 1 so i can start testing that would be GREAT!
