Talking I'm back... and how!

Well I sold my 7 back in April because I thought I was burned out on the whole deal, all the wrenching, all the money, and still so far from being done! (Check my sig to see all the mods I had done)

I vowed I was going to just buy a newer Mustang so I wouldn't have to worry about finding obsolete parts or paying big bucks to specialty suppliers like Mazdatrix or RacingBeat. I'd have horsepower right out of the box and all would be well...

But once you catch the rotary bug, even a V-8 ponycar seems bland by comparison, no matter how cool that exhaust rumble sounds. If it doesn't make power up to 8,000 RPM I'm not interested... so I'm back! And on Friday, I take delivery of a genuine '94 twin-turbo hellu-gast FD RX-7!

Don't worry, I won't forget my roots. I'll wave a big "Hello" to every FB I pass! Take care folks!

-Kennet

(I'll post pictures when I bring it home!)

I ecpect that you'll be disapointed in the quality of the FD materials compared to your old car.

Not twisting off the heads of rusted-stuck fasteners alone will be nice enough for me! I miss my FB, no doubt about it... but the longer it's gone, the more sugar-coated my memories get!
