I'm guessing You mean Carbon Apex seals
Those WILL eventually disintegrate in a turbo motor as they are very fragile, sorry to say so but they are a bad choice for anything but 8500+ rpm operations.
Other parts sounds like the beginning for a seriously fun car

give us an itemized rundown of everything that's in the engine bay, what's been done to it (and by who). specs (fuel pump flow rate, psi it is capable of, a/r of turbo, who made it, where you got the holley from, etc. etc. etc.) on everything will help us tell you if you bought the right stuff or not.

It sounds like (from your grammer and the fact that you're using carbon apex seals on a turbo motor, WTF man?!?) that you are a little bit young and went about this without any help from anyone else. While I applaud you for trying to do everything on your own without any outside help, this isn't a simple, pushrod motor that anyone can build and get to run. Rotaries are finicky little SOB's that aren't forgiving if the wrong parts are put in, or if something is a little bit out of whack. Those carbon Apex seals should, if designed correctly, last maybe one WOT run to redline. You won't make it through your tuning phase with those seals, becasue they are designed for N/A applications only.

Look about 20% down the page in the link below and it will tell you flat out that Carbon apex seals are for n/a, 8k+ motors ONLY.
