hi guys,

I have an '85 gsl-se, and the key won't even turn in the ignition lock anymore.

do i just need to replace the lock or do i need the whole new ignition switch assy?

where is the best place for me to get the necessary parts?

is the steering wheel locked when you are trying to turn the key?

 

no it is not, but if i turned it enough i'm sure it would

 

this is a bitch to find, you're gonna need if you can find it, just the cylinder, but it'd probably be a lot cheaper to get the whole ignition switch, i think it ran me about 50 bucks off ebay and i also got all 3 other locks for doors and hatch, good luck.
