I need some inspiration, please

I need some inspiration. My friend is a really good airbrush artist and he wants to touch up my car. He will be completely painting my car black and the graphics will me monotone silver. I am kind of stuck as to what theme to choose. I know for a fact that he is going to put a headstone with a piston on it, small in one of the corners. We bought the paint yesturday it all cost me 261. Good connections. If someone wants to talk to him I can pass on his email.

I was wondering if someone could post pics of their 7 with custom graphics.

nope, not a low rider. I need to get the car painted for as little as possible. It just so happends that the only way for me to do this is to get someone thats in my family to help out. I am sure hes capable of painting a car plain. I don't want him to put any skulls and stuff like that. I told him," please paint my car, I will do my best to get you some customers." I also mentioned to him that I will be a electrician some day, that way I can help him out when he has to wire up some thing for his house or garage. He jumped on the offer. I don't want my car to look like the one that was on ebay a few months ago, with all the differnt paint, lines and wire wheels.
Other than a tombstone depicting something along the lines of "R.I.P pistons" I am not sure what else would be great on the car. This will only be on there for this year, next year I am going to go with another paint that cost $369. It looks like a Garnet metal flake. So please post something that been done your cars or other cars for that matter, I or him will not copy anyone else's work. We like to be original.

He just started his own company so if you want a helmet or something like a fender, he is more than capable of doing it. He did the vett of the editor of some rag called street.. something **** I forgot. I got on the phone to him and hes working still so I left him a message. The vett had a alian theme to it. It looks awesome.

Ghost a rotor, maybe with a housing, with flames.

i got a good one, but it might be too flashy- have him paint a pristene engine on your hood, like it was see-though. plus you could just replace the hood later if you felt like it. if not +1 for rotors

Make Somthing Racey... +2 for Rotors above the Rear Fenders... Also I thought this was Simple and Sexy, Like my Old SA, Sunburst Silver With Black Two Tone on the underside... maybe Ghosted Rotors in a Blackish color with the 2tone? Specialy if you had a Widebody Kit... Just dont Over do it with somthing that totaly covers the mechanical proformance of the car... Simplicity is the sexyest IMO

Also Possiably a Rotor Housing with a rotor(rotating) and spinning out a Flaming Dragon from the Exaust Port...

I like that idea, but instead of an engine make it a hampster on an excercise wheel.

that doesn't look like some air brushing, and if it is, damn that must have taken a long time. Theres alot of detail in there.

humm,, nice suggestions guys.

i told him something like small to large rotors in housings with flames and smoke flowing down the side from the front just behind the wheel. Then again I could swear that I have seen something like that before. I can not wait to get the body work done so we can get started painting. Lots of people know that 7s have rotories in them, so I am not to sure about having rotors and housings on the paint. I am going to have him touch of the original rims while hes at it.

we'll see what happends :/

maybe if he drew on the side a expanded motor at a slight angle so you can see depth like the rotors and the housing spaced a bit apart and maybe the e shaft underneath i think that would like tight, but if it was myne i would go with wacky's idea ahhahah low rider yaaa hahahah that would be awsome.

well i decided not to decide. I guess hes just going to do some simple fire/smoke from the front along the bottom and to the back. Making it look like its going fast flying with half the car in clouds. Ya know what i'm saying? picture your rx7 going really fast. so fast that it creates smoke like when jets are turning or when those airlines are landing. Mixed in with the trama there would be some rotors and broken pistons.

or something like that.
