I need a little more Weber Install help!

Ok! Got everything on and hooked up. When i crank the car... no fuel spurts out of the hose when disconected. Does the return line need to be plugged? WahhH! Help! IS my fuel pump shot?

Yes, plug the fuel return on the carb.
