Heres my problem like when i go to drive my car 1st thing in the morning it startsup fine but like after driving it or a while, like when i go to a stop it goes back to its idle but then it wants to die. It seem like after the engine heats up a little bit thats when it wants to turn off when it goes back to idle. someone told me that its probably a vacum leak. but he only know a little bit about rotary engines. the problem just started not to long ago. I first thought that the battery was going dead but i replaced it with a optium battery and it still does it. also if i turn it off the car wont let me turn it back on my only option is to push start it. so if anyone might know what the problem is please let me know. o ya its a 13b with a carb on it. thanks.

 

Need more info to help out. We know its a 13b and it has a carb. What kind of carb? Is there still a rats nest? What mods have been done? Don't see how a battery would help any of this.

 

Fix your timing... The fact that you can't restart it when its warmed up is the tip off.

 

It has a holley carb. no rats nest it has done to it RB headers and exhaust and a eldlebrock air filter.
