Line your trunk with fiberglass insulation (the stuff used in houses). Tighten your trunk latch.

When I put my system in, I noticed most of the vibration was actually coming from underneath. Make sure your heat shields and everything are nice and tight, also Dynamat works well and is much easier to install. Watch out for the plastic emblem over the latch to start vibrating off as well, i had to retighten mine every couple days or it would have fallen off.

License plates can be a big problem with vibrations. I'm not sure how much the fiberglass insulation is, an old band of mine used it for their basement. Nothing could be heard upstairs.

yeah, dynomat the crap out of it,. it will stop the vibs and give you the best sound. fiberglass will work, its cheap too, but might lose some sound. and if you set your system up right, fiberglass wont work nearly as good as dynomat. have fun with it and good luck.
