it has a rebuilt carb and new o-rings;i pulled off cats and rest of the exhaust it wont start all it does it turn over and jump to start but it wont start!!!! i put a couple gallons of gas in there but it wont go!!!
also i removed rats nest and put on the block off plate and there is an oil and gas mix leaking out and alot leaking out the exhaust manifold!!!
any idea???

take off the intake manifold and check for proper O-ring seal. Also look over the manifold for possible cracks.

 

then ill need a new intake gasket!!! right?
should i put gasket sealent on the o-rings???
anyone have other ideas??
i will be getting new plugs and plug wires soon!!!!

 

hell, just might be flooded. check for spark and make sure your getting fuel to the carb. if so, then push start it. i had the same prob after mine sat for a month with atf in it. just got a friend to push my car with his car while i left it in second gear and the key to the on position. pumped the gas and BAM. she fired up has hasnt had a prob since!!!! (knock on wood)
