Question How Should this car run????

I have an 84 se that I just finished rebuilding, its got a rebuild 12a, rb headers, rb exhaust, rb holley (300cfm), polished intake, and I think that is it. How should this car run with this mods? I still have some more mods to come but this is just a car to play around so I dont put my full attention to it. what do u think it would run on the strip with stock tranny and stock diff. (not possi) oohh and is not ported at all.

man your looking at mid high 16 secs. You might want to get rid of that 300 cfm holley and throw on 600 or 650 or even a 750 double pumper. You will feel the difference for sure, and the car won't starve for as much gas on top end.

Hey Rolla, your in San Antonio too...sweet.. The thing should run decent. 1/4 mile probably around 17's maybe 16's. No possi will kill you on the launch....Hmmm, SE with no 13b or possi....Was this a doner..lol.

Is there a Rx7/rotary club around here. I just got back into rotarys after a 2 year break. Just picked up an 85 GS....

Take care,

I think he is mistaken, A Racing Beat Prepped Holley flows 465cfm.

Also you stated it is a 84 SE, those came stock with a Fuel Injected 13b, and Limited Slip.

So Im assuming its just a plain 12a model FB.

I dont want to come across harsh, just want to set the record straight, so we can give ya a better help in the future.
