Unhappy how to remove cowl parts? leaking water!!!

Ok i have an annoying water leaks that drips into my driver side by my feet. i have narrowed it down to comeing from the cowl part that house the wiper motor. I was able to reach and stick my finger near where i thought it was coming from and i felt 2 holes or so. The thing is. I tried to get some kind of sealant back in there but i cant get to the hole good enough with just taking the vented part off. i was wondering was it even possible to get the rest of the sounding off that runs under the windshield to each side so i can get a real good look at it and possibly seal it up with something. If you guys have any pics that would help also!!

Thanks

remove the passenger side wiper arm and remove the 4 (i think) screws that hold the metal slotted cover on, slide the cover off and you're in. 5mins max.

Under the top hood seal, there are chrome headed scres, remove thoses and the rubber gasket, the wiper, then lift up on the front of the cowl and pull. Check deep in the sides/ends of the wiper bay and start pulling the leaves out that are plugging the drain pasages.

You can cut a big hole , or maybe get to it from under the dash and fix it from the inside. Other than that, no access .
