According to my Sports Car Color History of the Rx-7 Mazda imported a total of 109,506 Rx-7's in '84 and '85, and Mazda to this day has provided no breakdown of those numbers based on the different models minus a few exceptions which the SE's aren't part of. There's no way of knowing how many there ever were in the US.
