How to put FD Seats in a FB???

Hey i just got a driver side fd seat and was wondering if there a certain way to install them into a FB. I know it has been done but was curious on how other people have done it.

Thanks for any insight.

Use the FB rails, the front holes should line up, and they your have to weld a plate to span the end of the FB rails to catch the FD holes in the back. Also the drivers seat you will have to weld a plate on the fronts as well to shift the seat over, so your seat will be centered on the steering wheel.

I have a pair of R1's in my 82 love them. I hope your not over 6 foot tall. because I am 5-10 and when I autocross with my helment on, I have to pop open the sunroof or my helment rubs the glass. Just thought I would mention that.
