how much engines are worth

i can get a 12a with 200 000 km for $1400 cnd or i can get a japaneese 13b turbo with 50 000 km for 700. What do ya think, is it easy enough to install it into my 83 12 carbed.

Well thats alot of miles on that 12a for what they are asking but you will need a lot more parts to do the 13bt swap although a good deal in us$
