Off topic "slightly". How about a streetported, extendport, bridgeport- all with carbs- NOT EFI! And how about a streetport with a blowthrough turbo setup? I am getting like 1300-1400rpm for my blowthrough, any lower and its more likely to stall sometimes.

That depends on the size of streetport and the jettings. I have 2 streetported 13-B motors but with different years of plates. RX-3 idles 1000 while the FB idles around 1200. Both are running MSD6 and 48 IDA with larger than 70 idle jet. I accumulated many jets so I just drill them with index/# drill so I dont exactly know the size.

Mine was lucky to get down to 1500 and when it did it sounded like a caming big block and I had to keep one foot on the gas and one on the brake when stopping to keep it from stalling.

there is a idle screw that looks real flat and is tucked under the carb. if your at the driver side fender look toward the right side of the carb and u will see it way back there. u have to get it with a long flathead
