I dont think mine is working properly. I bought the car the first week of september with 135400 miles on it. Now... I haven't taken the vehicle out-of-state, or taken it on any long trips. I simply drive it to classes and to my friends house the next town over. Yet, it says I've put almost 3k miles on the car in the last few weeks. I go past a sign that says something like "____ store, 1/4 mile ahead." I get past the shop, and my mileage says like 3-4+ more miles then it did when i went past the 1/4 mile sign.
This has been doing it since I got it, so i'm not sure exactly the mileage on the car, just that it's problably a LOT less then 138k.

I've nothad these their whole life, but I have no reason to think they aren't original engines.

Yeah, I forgot to mention, mines 211,xxx on the original engine for my 85 GSL, 80,xxx on the original engine for my 83 GSL, 110,xxx on the original engine for my 84 GS, and 180,xxx on the original engine for the 85 GSL-SE. As someone said before, I havent had these their whole life, but i have no reason to believe that they dont have the original engines
