How hard to modify holley 4 barrel nitrous plate
#2
Tennis, anyone
There's much more to consider, Holley ? what ? adapter plate . Do you premix your fuel/oil ?? don't forget about
the oil lines to the base of the nikki. Are you thinking how easy it is to just lift the nikki up and slide the NOS nozzle plate between the intake / carb. I don't think it works that way. oh there may be someone who says it's a bolt-on type deal. and not cost alot of bucks. That kind of stuff is cheaply made. Something along the lines of a NOS nozzle for each of the secondaries. Squirting
only when the secondaries are wide open is better.
must be carefull when "a" car is :::on the bottle .

So, your saying you dont know? cause not one word you wrote comes close to giving me an idea of the orginal purpose.
But thank you your your commentary.
OK let me break this down a little simpler and more detailed. There are Nitrous holley carb kits that work under the carb above the intake manifold. Now Im not saying its hard to take off the nikki carb. I mean once you remove all the emisions stuff and such. And since my carb is already off the car to be rebuilt. I dont think the hassle of the work itself was the question.
The original question was "How hard to modify holley 4 barrel nitrous plate". Now Im assuming that a holley carb bolt pattern it a little different then a Nikki. I mean I dont see many stock intakes with a holley sitting on top. So for those people that have a holley and a nikki would it be feasable to make new holes in a Holley carb nitous plate to match the nikki bolt pattern.
Sorry for the lack of info on the first question, I figured it was a pretty straight forward question. Must have made me look less than intelegent.
Thanks,
Sean

The bolt pattern is different and so is the barrel configuration. If you want nitrous, with your stock carb, the easiest way would be to fork out the cash for the direct port system.
A much easier step than that (but more expensive) is to buy the Holley intake kit from RB and then buy the plate system for a Holley. This way you will not have to deal with drilling and tapping or space issues with the nitrous nozzels.
Good luck
