How to get overspray off the bumper

The brain dead previous owner of my precious rex got droplets of white paint on the black strip on the front bumper. It's apparently been there for years. Anyone know how to get this off without fudging up the black part of the bumper? Thanks!

If you are talking about the rubber trim, and if it has not been painted laquer thinner on a rag should take it off.
Just be carefull not to get it on painted surfaces.

If the paint thinner and a rag doesn't work, get some rubbing compound and some elbow grease, you should be ok.

clay bar wont work on that rough plastic part. You can only use clay bar on painted surface.

But your right, clay bar is the only way to fly to get overspray of a painted surface.
