Well i think your going to have to be a bit more descriptive on your problems. And yea, thats more of a statement than a question fella.

Have you looked at the manual? If you have and have specific questions, then post them. You can also try to search for other questions about the procedure.

Hey - I wasn't trying to be harsh, if that's what you were suggesting. I didn some searching and found these threads at mazpseed.com

http://www.mazspeed.com/forum/thread...753&boardid=22

http://www.mazspeed.com/forum/thread...340&boardid=22

And this when searching here for "e-brake"

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...hreadid=291777

There are others.

You mean I did all that research for nothing? And I thought I was obligated by your comment to give a more meaningful answer. RTFM and hit the search page, it is then.

Which cable are you talking about? There are several pieces to the e-brake cable assembly.
That link mentions the cable that actually attaches to the brake caliper. There is a clip that holds the cable in place, even though you have both ends of the cable disconnected.

I just recently removed my passenger side e-brake cable and lubricated it so it would work again. It will come out and go back in. The clip is on the driveshaft side of the "frame" rail. I pulled the clip with a pair of pliers, and put it back in the same way. Putting the cotter pin back in next to the muffler was the worst part. So, which cable are you trying to do?
