how to change weber jets?

I was wondering if anyone had a manual or something online that showed me how to change the main and air jets in my 45 dcoe. The guy at the VW shop just said open the top and pull them out but I'd like a little more explanation than that.

Nevermind, I found a website that had the info on it. If anyone else wants to check it out they can, the website is http://www.powerpage.dk/just_karb/webers.htm .
The website info isn't really of any use but the diagrams are wonderful.

The carburetor had f11 emulsion tubes, 200 air jets and 150 main jets. My *** dyno says it runs a little faster and it doesn't seem to have any misses while cruising.

Thanks for always offering to help 680rwhp12a. When I get back to CA I'll have to stop by rotaryshack.
