i agree with Jeff and wacky.If you want the engine to perform,you will have to spend some serious time building a new setup,front to back.It WILL be worth the effort.That exhaust just cant be good for a PP.

does anyone know of a muffler like the one sammy b posted that is a smaller diamater muffler? the ones he posted look to be huge, but i LOVE the turn down tips

I can tell you from experience that the Edelbrock SS mufflers do NOT like anything welded on the skin of the muffler on a rotary application. The vibration work hardens the skin and then it cracks like an egg. I was extremely hacked when a muffler shop welded a flat metal tab on my Eddy SS muffler and then a rod to that plate to hang it as a pre-muffler and killed that $$$ muffler in less than a year when it cracked the skin.

Magnaflow resonator and muffler (hope they last), 2.25" tube, custom ss header.

Doesn't look like the underside of an RX7 'cause it isn't
