Hot air recirculation

Im not sure if there is a set up for this...but my car takes forever to heat up and i was wondering if they came with a hot air recirculation setup. Maybe a hose that runs hot air back into the intake. I bought my car with just the intake hooked up and alot of vacuum leaks. I searched but couldnt find anything. Thanks for the help.

What do you mean by heat up? No heater? Engine running cold?

engine will take like 15 minutes to warm up. I have to keep the choke out and cant let off the gas for like the first 6 or 7 minutes before it will idle. Im gonna check the t-stat but i was wondering if our gens had a recirculation hose like older model chevy's and ford's.

All carb'd engines came with the standard pre-heater hose that ran from the exhaust manifold shielding to a inlet on the stock air cleaner assembly.

Yeah, fix the problem rather than searching for a way to accommodate it. Start with your thermostat, as suggested, and make sure your radiator is full...
