Horsepower Estimate for buddy's turbo 79

My buddy (xdoomcannonx) built a blowthrough turbo SA
The specs are:
-Stockport 12a
-OER (weber copy) 48dcoe carb
-ebay t70 journal bearing turbo
-hks 50mm? wastegate to an open dump
-giant fmic 22"x4"x14"?
-3"intercooler piping
-3"mandrel bent 304 stainless exhaust, with an hks hi power muffler.
-Stock (I think) dizzy with msd 6a boxes

He ran it on 8lbs of boost, and it was fast as hell, lagged horribly of course, we never dynoed it though.

I am curious if anyone would know about how much power that could make.
One would suspect not much on 8lbs with a stock 12a, but the rotary is a magical thing, and again this car was fast as *****.

Thanks guys!

-Miles

if i had to guess, i'd say somewhere in the 200-250 range. have him take it somewhere that has a chassis dyno.

we would have it dyno'd but it has long since been decommissioned, the manifold melted among other things (turbo lol) and he ended up swapping the engine and carb into another car and running it NA. so now all we can do is guess, or recreate the car which seems pretty unlikely. I figured around 250 though as well, the car was gutted so it was pretty light, and that may have contributed to the speed

more likely close to 190-200 at the wheels. Most 13BT's with basic mods on that low of boost only make 190-210 at that low of boost on stock ports. Let alone tiny 12a stock ports.

Stockport 12a is tiny. I doubt 250. I agree with hyper. 200 give or take..
