Nice work DF . Thanks for the pics.

Does that 3" line going under the radiator sneak in with all the others (oil, p/s, a/c) or does it go underneath that cross bar?

If you see the pic carefully, it goes under the Oil Cooler line for a second, then then runs parallel to the radiator, under the main pullies.

I changed the intercooler charge line, from the RE-Intake (EFI) setup to better accomodate the P/S and A/C lines.

I like the way it looks now, when you open the hood, it almost looks like an N/A setup.

Yeah, The other ones I had were for a TII style
setup, so I had to get some 1st Gen style ones.

I am not overly impressed with them.

I did.

Problem 1: I had a problem with my Haltech, as it was fried. I sent it back to Australia, and it will take a couple of months to get it back.

Problem 2: is that my Haltech Tuner is literally 6 months or more behind with work.

Problem 3: is that I really didn't like the terminated harness I got from AUS. I'd rather have a custom (and thin) harness on the car.

Problem 4: is that I want to drive the freaking car NOW. It's been at 99% completion for over 6 months now, and I couldn't take the tease any longer.

Solution: Holley 650 blow thru Turbo. I removed the Haltech and installed this system in less than 48 hours.
The Car Runs... and Runs FREAKING AWESOME. Perfect idle, nice and quiet, and looks totally stock. (heh heh).

10 lbs - Fast as *****.
15 lbs - OH-****!!!! Look Out Porsche!!
17 lbs - You swear that all traffic put their cars in reverse.. Truly scary.

I am in South Florida, so I don't really worry about the cold weather issues of Carbs.

I am going to run the car this way for a good while, while I dial in every other aspect of the car. When it is finished, then I slap the big "R-E" intake on it, and boost with an E6K.

gonzz, sorry we took over your thread on a tangent. Not sure if you got your answer.

DF, yea I thought that looked like a blow thru, but then I remembered you talking Haltec and tuning so I just figured you found a neat way to run the intake to the throttle body.
