I recently performed this swap on my own car and bought the kit new through Racing beat. The only vacuum lines you need to keep are the brake boooster, the pcv and the trailing vacuum advance. Also the copper heater tube that operates your choke ngave me tunning problems. If you haave a difficult time setting your iddle i would suggest crimpimg the copper tube at the end. Then drill very small holes in it. Only drill one hole at a time then try to set the idle. Other than that i have found that the system works great! I also would suggest installing 2 MSD 6As, one for leading plugs and one for trailing. If you are interested in installing the msds messsage me and i can send you a write up of the install and pictures of mine. Furthermore I work at a toyota dealership and can obtain some aftermarket parts at dealer cost so if you do want the msds i can get them for you much cheaper than you can buy them, mine cosst 180.00 each.

My idle is really high right now, too. I am going to try the crimping of the copper tube, and drilling of holes. Hopefully that works.
