Holley Gurus!!!! Please Help!
Hello, I was just given a Holley carb and racing beat intake by my neighbor. Iam stoked becuase it was free! Plus I always thought he was a dick but he used to have a Repu back in day! Sorry for ranting Iam just too happy! The carb has been sitting in his basement for years according to him. I tried looking up a re-build kit but I cant find one for this model. The air horn is stamped with model#3044 and the part#80670-1 . I searched everywhere for a rebuild kit but no luck. I tried calling racing beat but they guy told me that they couldn't help me unless I had bought the carb directly from them. Can anybody tell me what cfm this carb is and where can I pick up a re-build kit? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank You

If it's an older Holley, it may not have the R pre-fix. The part # will be etched/stamped on the outside of the choke part of the airhorn. It will be a 4 digiit # with possibly a dash and a 5th #. Neither of the #s you posted are in either of my Holley reference books.

It would have to be a very old Holley that I know of. I don't remember the last time I did not see a list # stamped on or near the air horn and that did not have the R designation before it.
Unless the newer aftermarket ones don't have the R designation?
I had a buddy that I worked with when I managed an Auto parts store and he could decipher these things in seconds. He had worked in the early 70's at some of the performance shops and knew these things inside out.

It's a holley 4150 series carb. Need rebuild kit 37-935. This is a general kit covering several models so it will have "more" than what you need. http://www.holley.com/data/Products/...99R10015-1.pdf http://www.holley.com/37-935.asp A picture of it would say a lot more though....

Rebuild Kit, Floats and Jets.
Thanks alot guys, Iam going to pics this weekend when Iam off work. Iam looking through the JEGS catalog and can't find the trick kit. I'll look later, would you guys recommend that I buy the 1 inch spacer? Also I want to replace the float bowls with new ones any recomendations? Iam also curious about the jetting Iam going to replace the with new as well. The car is going to be driven maybe twice a week. It's a 13B w/ a street port. What jets should I go with? Thank You very much for you time fellas
