Holley FPR modified for return

Any particular reason I shouldn't do this, adding a boost-reference port for my blow-through setup? No sense spending an extra $60 on a Mallory regulator if I don't have to.

Alright. But is there any hard evidence to suggest that the modified Holley reg wouldn't work just as well?
My fuel flow requirements aren't huge, and I have a fuel pressure gauge isolator, so I can monitor fuel pressure from inside the cabin. And of course the regulator would be thoroughly deburred while it's disassembled.

Yes. I modded my holley and it isn't made for boost reference I even plugged the little vent to atmosphere retapped the threads and used a better adjusting screw all to find out it wouldn't increase fuel pressure above 5-8 additional psi. and since I was running 10 psi of boost saving $60 wasn't worth a blown engine.
