I assume you've deleted all emissions including the cat. Guess what, it's going to stink. If it's as bad as you say, find someone that has a wideband and tune the carb. That will reduce the smell but not eliminate it.
Ok how about smoking?The person i bought the car from swears it did not smoke until the Holley was put on.Yes the rats nest is of,but the cat is still on it though.

Just off hand that sounds like oil seals in the engine, the added fuel and running rich could be actually washing the seals a little bit which would allow more oil to push past worn oil seals and cause it to smoke
It might just be way over-rich. Is the smoke bluish or more of a dark gray/black? Are you premixing? If so, at what ratio? If not, do you have the OMP wired open or do you have a lifter rod hooked up? Any dripping from the booster venturis in the carb?
get a holley manual & read it from front to back so you can get familiar with the unit to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed for all round performance
sounds like a rich fuel mixture which will require a jet change to lean out the A/F ratio
spark plug color: black=rich
white=lean

You asked for information in ref to Holley carbs and Rotarys, you need to reference information from Racing Beat, it looks like their kit and I know that there are modifications done to the carb by them they also have the jet information you need.
cant find any useful info on Racing Beat website so i guess i ave to call them.I see alot of people looking at this thread i could use any imput.
The oil metering pump (OMP, or sometimes MOP) is what injects a small amount of oil into the carb. It's found on the passenger side of the front cover of the engine. Since you were told to premix, most likely the OMP has been disabled or removed altogether.
If you're premixing 1 ounce of oil per gallon of gasoline, that's a 128:1 ratio by volume, as there are 128 ounces in a gallon. That ratio is fine if your OMP is disabled/removed. If it isn't, that's probably part of your smoking problem. Or it could just be a high-mileage engine in need of new oil seals.
It also sounds like your carb is probably running rich. You can tell crudely by examining your spark plugs, but if you want to do any real tuning you'll need an air-fuel ratio gauge, preferably a wideband. There're lots of Holley tuning guides available on the Internet, and the principles are the same for both piston engines and rotaries. You can get a good start by following Racing Beat's recommended jet settings, which can be found on this forum (I can't be bothered right now to look them up).
Okay, sounds like oil smoke then.

i would suggest hooking up the omp into the float barrel of the holley and dont premix... thats wut i have done and its runnin smooth. of corse u might also mess with the tunning a little, do u know wut size jets r in the carb
no i dont know what size jets are in the carb.How could i hook omp into the float barrel?I have to take carb apart to check floats?
