high oil pressure, overheating

when i start the car the oil pressure is of the guage at over 100 psi. once every thing warms, at a fast idle it is at 50psi. when I rev the engine fast will go to 100psi. using 10 w 30 oil. oil is leaking out of the oil meter pump lines. using a new aftermarket oil cooler and new lines. I bought a rebuilt engine with 19 hrs on it with new carb and intake and oil cooler. I had to switch the oil cooler lines from where they mount on the oil cooler to make them reach for my application. are all oil coolers designed to have the flow come in and out of particular ports?

The water temp continues to rise quite quickly and is at over 200 degrees after 15 min at fast idle. the coolant temp continues to rise and I turn off engine at 210 degrees. I have an electric fan that is on all the time. my water temp sensor is located betwwen the pump and rad so shows no temp until thermostat opens. when I start the car there is no bubbles in coolant but when temp creeps up to 195 degrees I start to see bubbles in the coolant. I have checked and found no coolant leaks. could the air becomming in from somewhere other than the coolant seals in the engine. I have not checked the timing. Car is idleing quite smooth at around 1500 rpm. could bad timing or or a lean mixture cause it to overheat while idleing ?

Thanks
