yup, that's for the whole headlight, the high beam and low beam get one positive connection. I think either the high beam or the low beam stays on, not both at the same time.

Hehe, I can just imagine guessing and when you flip on the high beams, the lights go down....

i think you should get a relay and have a cable connected to battery with fuse for your FOG lamp positive.

Then connect the relay to the high beam switch

k, fusible links go in order from bottom...

bottom - right headlight
middle - engine and all other electronics
top - left headlight

these monitor the light emitting and raising of the headlights.

the fuse inside the car for the running lights, dash lights, etc controls the headlights retracting (going down). I know this because I just spent like 2 months trying to figure out why my headlights would go up, but not down... Oh yeah, it turned out to be the owner before (I don't think it was you Paul) put in a 30 amp blade fuse AFTER the 15 amp light fuse... dunno why, but it was there. I looked at my fuse panel, saw a green blade fuse in the viscinity of the running light fuse, and saw it was burnt out. Replaced it, replaced the 15 amp tube fuse, and low and behold, they worked!! yay!... anyways... lata

well the wire should be in the steering column with other wires for the high/low beam and turn signals.
