here is the link to our current archive of info...

https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...threadid=65800

(PS, it's a sticky at the top of the 1st gen section "TII into GSL-SE swap")
SA -> Series 1
FB -> Series 2/3 (GSL-SE was a 13b Series 3)
TII -> Turbo Series IV & V

enjoy... there's lots of reading, and a lot of it is already from AUS

I've seen before where someone made an adapter plate for the stock T2 setup that pushed the turbo about an inch forward. Of course, I can't find the link

You could always just convert it to LHD, that way all you have to worry about is constantly frying idler arm bushings

air pump?

Can you still use the stock air pump? I would like to do this swap in my right hand drive and get a referee sticker to have a street legal swap with all the smog equipment. If you move the turbo will it hit the air pump? thanks

You're in the US so your car is probably LHD. If so no need to worry, the steering box won't get in the way (obviously ... its not on that side of the engine)

I have a right hand drive as well and I would suggest you call Dyson Rotary as they are in your country.

http://www.dysonrotary.com.au/

They sold me a monifold for about 200 dollars australian. It's a very nice piece and I am in the process of making oil/cooling lines as the stock ones will no longer work.

Good luck with your project!
