Hesitation at the better part of 3 grand HELP

So my brand new car decides to keep giving me small but anoying problems, here I present the most anoying it likes to hesitate while accelerating at the top of 3 k.I reset the timing put it slightly advance and i changed the idle mix (it did it before this) anyone know what to do it's a real shame giving it the beans and not having your socks fly off. Stock no rats nest

Stock carb? EFI? rats nest? 12a? 13b? I'm not likely going to be able to help but for those who can I would assume they'll need this same information.

You'll need to go back through the rats nest removal process and see what is wrong or replace the rates nest. Rats nest removal carb issue are some of the hardest because we don't know how it was done.
