Her first time on an Open Track...

Here she is at CMP. I was a little worried, but she was very reliable, drove great, and was a blast to drive. I drove the snot out of her too and STILL have a grin on my face from last weekend. What a fun car! I am now a certified NASA driving instructor and can't wait to take her to Road Atlanta!

Thank you to all you 1st genners who helped me with her... answered questions, sold parts, and gave me support! I greatly appreciate it!

Hey I was working CMP that weekend. I worked turn 4 on saturday and grid on sunday. I will also be working grid at RA

NASA FTW over SCCA

I remember seeing you and thinking how clean your car looked

did you see that ridiculous fb running in the lightning group! DAMN

but yeah I will be running my SE with NASA-SE as I have worked up some track credits

maybe I'll see you around!

I hope to join you on a track someday in the future. That is the whole reason I own two FB's. One for a street driven car, and another all-track based FB.

Cool! Please come by and say hello at Road Atlanta. I'll be with the RX-8 group. Look for the Roar Racing Truck. I'll be instructing with NASA the rest of the season, so I'm sure I'll see you around.

The two RX-7's there were both insane. One was a PPort Race Car and the other had a 5.0 in it with a miata IRS installed. Both fast as hell.

Yup, Rob is a great guy and he spent a lot of time on that car. He's a hell of a driver. I saw him going through turn 12 at road atlanta, wheel in the opposite direction, drifting his Ford Exploder past a Bullit Mustang last year. The Mustang driver was green, so it was a little understandable, but the kid can drive.
