I got it done with the Chiltons manual of all things. Wonders will never cease. Get the newer big edition, not the little white book. Tuning info is in there several places but one is better than all the rest. Unfortunately my books are in my wife's car right now so I can't look up the exact page. I think it was near the area that describes tuning the throttle possition sensor and adjoning rheostat. It's kind of a back and forth proceedure. You need two multi meters and some jumper wires with aligator clips to set the throttle sensor and rheostat. Get the TPS first using the aligator clips from your multimeter probes to the connector. Once that's done you set the idle with the AAS screw (the one on the top center of the intake) then play with the rheostat for a bit and then finally the AAS again if I remember correctly. The info is in the book. You should read the different sections on it and get a feel for how it works before confounding yourself with the real thing. BTW, I never got my TPS or rheostat to show exactly the right Ohms readings per the manuals. Don't know if that means they're all going bad or if electricity flows different in the NorthWest. That's why I liked the tuning method that used RPM to set the AAS and rheostat better.
