Help an owl took over my car!

Sometime tonight while I wasn't looking a small owl must have taken residence in my engine bay. Because as I was driving home from work I kept hearing a hooo...hooo...
as best as I can figure he took nest right on my carb. I hope hes not one of those endangered spotted owls or else the EPA will have my RX-7.

Those owls can sound a lot like a bad shutter valve.

thats what I was thinking its sort of a weird honking noise is shutter valve; thats the valve inside the intake manifold right? I should have removed that by now or maybe its just because its cold.
text size?

Yeah, it hangs off the side of the intake manifold toward the engine, you can plug up the hose if you want a temporary fix, but taking the valve off and plugging the holes in the manifold would be best.
