Just search. Too many threads full of information that shouldn't go to waste. If you're interested, I have an OER 47mm new carb I can sell you. Here's what it looks like:

You'll be lucky to get anything close to a definite answer on this. As Super82 said figure out exactly what you'll be using this carb for, and go from there. Your options as I remember them are 4Barrel: Holley, Sterling, Edelbrock. I've never heard of any others being used. A Holley you can get through Racing Beat, modified to work on the rotary. A Sterling is a heavily modified tuneable Nikki (stock 12A carb). I have one and love it. I know nothing about the Edelbrocks and what has to be done if anything to get them running on a rotary. Then theres the 2 barrel group: Dellorto, Weber, Mikuni/Solex. I've probably missed one but those are what I remember. Start off by searching through this site and doing your own google searches on all those carbs. Your likely to gain more unbiased knowledge about them that way. These threads usually end in arguements since everyone has an opinion and not every has personal experience with all carbs available. There are pros and cons for every carb out there, so it's up to you to decide what fits your application best. Generally a 2 Barrel carb is for racing or high RPM fun. A 4 barrel is more of an over all performer. They generally have good low, mid and high range. Like all carbs they can be tuned to perform better in certain sections of the powerband. Honestly your best bet is to stick with EFI and toss some ITB's on there. Sam(dj55b) swapped from a carbed 12A to a EFI ITB'ed 12A and it performs very well once you get the tuning finished. Look up his threads to see whats involved.
And Wacky, I'll take the blue pill. From what I understand you have yet to drive a Sterling powered car (correct me if I'm wrong), and an old fart like you is probably set in his ways :P J/K. I have yet to drive a 2 barrel powered car, but do plan to get one in the future when the rest of the car is taken care of, so I can change it up with the Sterling and see what all the hubbub is about. Might be nice for the drag strip.

I wouldn't mind trying an OER 47mm. Basically an improved, boost-prepped DCOE. However, Sidedraft carbs are kind of inconvenient IMO, so I'd probably stick with the tried-and-true 48 IDA.
For those talking about Sterling carbs, those are more or less ruled out for him, because he has a GSL-SE.

Actually a Sterling is a perfectly acceptable carb to put on a 13B. All he would need to do is find a 13B carb manifold. They are out there and a Nikki will bolt right to it.

Ok you fund my trip and I'll show up in two weeks :P My money is going towards my car. And yeah, I forgot the GSL-SE was a 6-port. So sue me, I own a 12A. I rarely ever read anything threads regarding the SE. Perhaps this is why I should start.
Also I was unaware I had any credentials to begin with. I may have a lot of posts, but most of them are smartass remarks. Perhaps I'm a post ***** in training.
