hehe ok my headlights are like stuck up....here is the case senerio...they worked when i got the car. but after the battery died the first time they got stuck up....after the battery was charged , they still wouldnt go back down....what could be wrong? there is also an unstock radio in it (it doesnt work) and i dont have any power to my heater and clock and such
check for
blown fuses,
blown fusable links, "outer two"
maybe the switch on the dash is pressed in?
also if there really "stuck up" and there is something preventing them from going down you will here them when the car is off,
also your battery will drain over night to nothing,
i know from when i rear ended some one in my first 1st gen.

yah.. i was surprised to when i reliased that the headlights would not work properly without that switch..
before i put my dash in my headlight would go up , but not down. so every morning i would go and put them down by hand..
badass: if the fuseable link was blown, then they would not go up or down. the lights would be useless. so it does not sound like her link is gone..

Remove the steering cover shroud, and use WD-40, but it makes a mess. Id spend the extra trouble removing the steering wheel, and the entire cluster assy. And sparying the **** outta it with wd-40 or some sort a TV tuner cleaner available from radio shack or other electronics store preferably one that sells 'good stuff' for cleaning electronic points. That seems to be the fix for many of our 7's here lately... Just dirty contacts in the switch...
It's not the switch. You have a blown fuse.
There's a 10A fuse under the dash marked TAIL, ILLUM. that controls the dash lights and tail-light cluster.
When you blow the fuse (or remove it) the headlights still go up but they won't come back down. I just checked.
edit: You might as well check all the fuses at the same time. Especially since you say your clock or radio don't work either.
