Can someone explain to me how exactly that switch comes out (84 model) so I can clean and inspect it without breaking any plastic?

I'm gonna bump this up. Anyone? I really don't want to start prying on things and have it go "crack".
Pictures would be great, or just a simple explanation would do.

 

there's one screw at the bottom of the double switch that retains both switches in place as a whole. its head is tapered and its black in color. the bottom tilts towards you and the switch will pull straight out. you will then unplug the connector and the switch will be in your hands.
