Ackerman will only change if the steering arm on the strut/spindle is bent or modified. Looks like the kit doesn't affect ackerman.

BTW, CP Racing claims "no bumpsteer", what they intend to say is no change to Mazda factory designed bumpsteer. All production cars have bumpsteer to some extent. It's how much and where in the suspension travel it occures is the potential problem. Also, just by lowering a car one changes bumpsteer.

Pivot locations of the rack will also effect Ackerman. That's why I'm concerned.

When you turn the steering wheel, the inside wheel should rotate more than the outside because the inside wheel is travelling a smaller circle than the outside.

The normal lines from all the wheels should meet at the same point through a turn. It's not the case at very small turn angles.
