GSL-SE Parts Removal

Well awile back i had seen a thread about what can be removed from a 12a engine bay but i cant find that, and it probably wouldnt do me much good anyways so lets make a thread with everyhting that can be removed from the engine bay. If its an uncommon item, try to include pics or a description of where

So far ive removed Air Conditioning Pump, hoses, and cooler, the Air Pump on the lower intake manifold. I believe thats all ive removed, what have you removed and what are the effects of it?

That thing is a POS. There was someone who did a how to on the rat's nest removal on a 12A carb.....I forget who though. All you need to keep are the dizzy vaccum lines, and AC solonoid lines, and the crank vent lines.

This is an SE? Damn, all this time I thought I had a 13B in mine.......oh wait I DO! What is a 12a doing in it unless you changed it out, or someone did. If that is the case, then why is there a rats nest? If it is a 13b ( which is what the SE came with), then there is no write up for the rats nest removal. That is 4 the 12a. There is a difference. The ECU I don't think would act right if teh vaccum lines were removed. From what I understand about this,( I have an SE and have asked the same Q) You need to go with a megasquirt and then remove what you like. peejay jump in a correct me if I have this wrong.

The rats nest on an se actually helps it run. there is no benefit to ditching it, unless you want a BWAAAA-puuuhhhh-WWAAAA-puuhhh idle.

The best thing to remove is the stock Dynamic Chamber, and replace it with that of an S5, then get some smooth tubing to replace the stock black garbagee-o. Remove the Thermal reactor and get a header, and remove the rad and get a 2nd gen one.
