Gsl-se

I'm looking to buy a GSL-SE 84 and need everyones advice because everyone is stumped around here.

-All I know about it is that it has a 13b S5 with a S4 intake, don't ask me why why he didnt replace it all.
-Motor has 5k on it from rebuild.
-Transmission has been rebuilt.
-I believe it has the original ECU.
-A/C and Emissions removed
-It was broken into and the stereo ripped out so there is electrical issues.
-110 compression both chambers

It starts up just fine with no issues, idle has been increased since it has a hard time idling. The problem is once it is shut off it will not start back up till it has cooled down. It died after 10 blocks and wouldn't start. After pushing it across the most busy road basically by my self if did the following:

-Pulled the plugs and they were dry
-Checked spark from coil and good
-Figured it was not getting enough fuel so sprayed starter fluid, nothing

Dealership is stumped but said they would replace the "wax ball" sorry i'm not to sure with the fuel injector yet. I guess the hot start has also been removed.

SO...Any ideas where to start? Also, how much would you pay for this car? Please, any help or advice would be AWESOME!

I think it is fuel related. At first I thought it might be the injectors flooding the engine but the plugs were not wet. Possibly fuel filter or pump? I didn't hear the pump working but once it starts it runs fine. I'm not sure if they replaced the pump with aftermarket.

White body with red pin strips and that interior is that lovely shade of red! Is 900 to much?

900 wouldn't be too bad. is the rest of the car stock? you did the compression test when it was hot? also if you just have a normal tester, take out the schrader valve so that you can see the pulses

sounds like its maybe out of gas? i know that seems dumb, but been there!

also could be something like a failing trailing ignitor
