okay how, and what would be the cheapest way i'm thinking going carborated would be the cheapest way. so far i've figured out i'd need the front brace from racing beat
and then their streetable header
.. and then what?? prolly their upperhalf of the intake manifold for a dellorto but then where the hell do i get the dellorto?? maybe just the holley
some ideas please!!!!

You need the engine mount from RB, and the header if thats what you want for exhaust. As for intake, carb would indeed be the cheapest (as far as I know). You could use the Holley kit, any kit with a 13B manifold, or maybe even buy the upper manifold from RB which bolts to the stock GSL-SE lower manifold and then put a carb on that. Those are just my thoughts.

yea the holley kit is $860 a little too rich for my blood thats why i'm trying to see what my alternitives are... because the dellorto upper half mani is only $130, but where in God's name am i going to find a dellorto??? well actually are dellorto and webers the same bolt pattern if so aren't the webers easilier to find??
I humbly wonder why people insist on swapping out fuel injection for carburetion. In the 80's virtually every manufacturer in the world switched from carbs to FI, and with good reason; better fuel economy, better fuel management at all altitudes, fewer mechanical parts...
If you have a 13B engine, you should be able to get the wiring harness and EGI processor for used parts prices. The carb system can set you back a few hundred greenbacks once you get into all the parts costs, intake mods, new gaskets, etc.

I did the swap with an 88 13B and kept the FI. I ended up with a new EMS, but all in all, it was about the same price as if I had gone with a carb, and it is very easy to tune in comparison.
If you can find a used carb, that would be the cheapest way. Otherwise, it's just a judgement call.
Oh boy, do I get to help you with this swap? I've been pumped up about doing another 13B to see how it turns out compared to mine. Keep me updated!

sure if i find a carb i'm gonna order the stuff from racing beat and get the 13b from that guy. but i don't frankly know ish about fuel injection and hate doing wireing. so i'm guessing that the swap with the fuel injection would be a little too much for me, but who knows i'd be able to do the carbed swap but the f.i. thing ...... so if i knew how much money i'd have to spend and what i'd need i'd conceder f.i.

i'm doing an 89 install. I still think its the best way to go, you a reliable, N/A rotary which just happens to be the fastest series of N/A motors in the market to date. As for carb vs. FI, if you can get the parts, wiring harness, and the ECU, its DEFFINATELY the way to go. Starts on the first try, easier to tune, and MUCH better gas milage than a holley setup.
(the renisis isn't out yet...)

I put a GSL-SE engine in an 82 once complete with FI. It wasn't that hard but I had a whole car to pull components from.
I don't like carbs, they're a pain. The sync'g of multiples always gave me trouble.

Heres what I would do.
wrap around dcoe manifold, ported, (extrude honed maybe)
TMW 48mm throttle bodys.
large streetport
full streeport exhaust.
haltech, fuel only F9 or something
damn, that intake roar would be sick.

have you ahd past experiance with them cause someone refered them to me and said they kicked arsh. And the dude there said he had a used manifold so he was gonna gimmie a manifold carb linkage and he said everything on the intake side to get it running right for $615 sounds good to me and i'm really impaitant so whenever i order anything i allways use nextday air!
