GSL Brake rotors

Are the brake rotors from and 83 GSL the same as for and 84 GSL?

how are the fronts different? what would happen if you mounted older style rotors on 84-85 hub?

by using different bearings, could the difference be made-up?

maybe, the bearings are smaller in the 79-83 rotor, and bigger in the 84-85's, so you are gonne need a thinner bearing, i doubt that thats worth doing....
