there should be a ground wire with an eyelit on it that should be grounded near the rats nest. its one wire with the eyelit. that wire is for the injector ground. i had teh same problem and found the wire. problem solved. how bad is the harness cut?

the only problem is the fuel is not getting in the engine.

So are you getting fuel to the rail? Tested the fuel pump and the AFM?

Let me see if I can take pics of my engine for you. What part of the wiring harness are you having issues with?

digicam battery is being charged right now. Does the ECU have a ground to it? I know some models had a ground strap. I'll take a look at mines too.

I checked all my bolts on the rat's nest on my SE and found 2 wires grounded to a bolt. here are a few pics. good luck... wow these pics don't look too good. let me try again.
these are alittle better. but that's where you can try looking for your grounds....

Do you have the ground from the big loom on the driver's side hooked up? Mine is bolted with the main negative cable from the battery to the strut tower with a 10mm bolt

my pics aren't great, but it's a small ground coming from the wire loom that goes to the fusible links....
