very very nice ... what engine is in there? i might of just skimmed over it. I would be scared with those wheels if there's a big pot hole or someting, that might just drive that tire in the body.

Interesting stuff, I started by removing my differential this weekend as well. It will still be a bit over a month until I get my rear end in the mail though.

To answer your question 12akid you can get it with brackets for the stock calipers or for the ford calipers. I went the ford caliper with a 5 bolt pattern route so I can run larger brakes out back.

I chose the adjustable coil spring perch that uses a smaller diameter spring and basically any rate you want. I believe the shock mounts are factory FB because they weld the brackets onto the axle.

I can't wait to see how it turns out, especially because it wasn't cheap to go this route. To give you guys an idea, the rear rims, rear brakes, rear diff/driveshaft setup is costing me over $5000 dollars...

I'm pretty sure it's a V8 swap in that car.. The tire are crazy on it.. But i think this is a drag only car... I hope.. I'm going with 275/50/15's on the rear

It's all a bolt-in..They weld the spring pedastals on the 8.8 rear end.. I kept the gsl-se bolt pattern and rear brakes.. you get your choice on everything..

I'm still amazed you didn't take the opportunity to upgrade the brakes and grab a better bolt pattern.

At the same time with my car being a widebody it was really needed to get a bit of extra braking or the extra wheel size. Big brakes front and rear .

Please do a full write up on the install, with lots of pics of course. Before you install it, if you would take pics of the rearend and add in dimensional drawing style measurements with MS-Paint, that would be great for those of us who prefer to build our own rearends. That would be much appreciated.
