Yeah..... When I emailed them a while ago they responded very slowly and didn't provide the kind of info I requested. Has anyone here done business with these folks?

I have delt with the toyota and honda yards. All of these are owned by the same person in Rancho Cordova , Cali.

Very polite, and quick delivery if you call them. E-mail is slow for them, lots of business. They have a different yard for every type of car imported into the us (18 different yards total)

peace

Don't go through Atlanta RX-7. I sent them money for a used rotor housing, which he claimed he had in stock. After four weeks I called him and he said he just got one in stock. Three more weeks passed by, I called again, still no rotor housing. After a total of nine weeks, he finally confessed he didn't have one, and sent my money back. Set my engine rebuild back 2 months!

Yes, it's Sam (only one guy). He really needs help getting parts out (since it's only him), but he has over 50 1st gen parts cars and over 50 2nd gen parts cars. He is a N/A specialist. He is a genius with rotaries. He fixed the idle on my GSL-SE in less than 30 min, when no one else could figure it out for over 3 months (I went everywhere and posted it here).

I don't trust any other shop on a 1st or 2nd gen N/A compared to him. Luckily for me, I live 5 min from his shop. :-)

BTW - if you call him, you can negotiate prices on parts. He works with RX7 owners. He has had the shop for 17 years and loves RX7's.

That doesn't sound right. I've seen his supply of used rotor housings - he has several shelves of them right there. He also has around 100 parts cars at any given time - at least half with motors (he's always breaking down motors). I'm 100% positive that he had it, unless you needed something really out of the ordinary.

I will personally go by there and check up on this, but I'm wondering if there aren't some details that you have neglected to mention here (and of course you had to reason to yet).

I bought a part off of them once, about a year or so ago. Had no problems with the transaction.
