Question Hmmm Oklahoma

Yeah ive been there, freaking Hailstones the size of baseballs, so Shetlen, what do you do when it starts hailing? find a garage? (seriously) I'd be afraid of getting my car dented to **** and back.

I was there back in the mid 70's with my family, and we got stuck in a hailstorm that dented the dogshit out of a rental car we had, My Dad, the insurance company, and the rental company argues about it for almost a year. The hailsotnes were so large they dented the truck, roof, and hood, and cracked the front and rear glass. As a kid it scared the **** out of me!

I don't know how often it gets that bad, but I would hate ot own a nice FB, or SA and have that happen to me.....

Once I get her broke in we should meet up. The blocks are big here and we dont get hail very often if we do it doesnt last but a minute or two and its hard to protect your car in that short of time. If I had the body work done and had her painted. I would probably throw a blanket over her for protection but I have dents and rust holes right now so will worry about that later. thanks for the congrats.

When I was young My dad got tired of fixing my go-cart and gave me a car. My cousin and I would drive around the hay Field for hours just lisinting to the radio and taking turns driving. when we got bored we would do the trip in reverse.

that is funny...50 miles! hahah

I'm curious if it's normal for you not to be able to start the car using the standard starter, and htat it requires a push start to get going?

I cranked and cranked and my rebuild wouldnt start so I pushed started it. I dont think it could build enough pressure to start the housings were old and had a small amount of flaking on them. its not normal to push start it.
