Got another FB! I have a car with a soul again!

I bought another FB! Got it from a forum member.

I converted my other FB to electric. It was an awesome project, super fun, and I learned a ton. But I have really been missing the soul that preciously inhabited my rotary car. No longer an issue...

Now about the car. 1983 gsl. 12a engine, RB a header (collected one), RB presilencer, stock piping to a lame monza muffler. SA intake manifold, nikki carb with no emissions. 2nd gen coil ignition mod. New tokico shocks (the light blue ones). Maroon interior and yellow paint.

The member I bought it from said that the motor and transmission had been recently rebuilt by a shop when the PREVIOUS previous owner had it. So no info on which shop or mileage... BUT it accelerates WAY quicker than my previous FB. Which means either my other FB's motor was in worse condition than I thought, or this motor has been streetported.

I have a sneaking suspicion that it has been streetported. I have a dyno sheet that was sent to me with the car. 123 whp 118 lbft of torque. Smooth torque curve, too. Pretty good for a stockport 12a with a stock carb, (I know the carb is stock cause I recently rebuilt it), and only the basic RB exhaust stuff with a crummy monza muffler, (which is surprisingly quiet, although annoying sounding, metallic)

(I know if it is streetported, the stock carb would probably lean out too much, but the carb was deadheaded when I bought it, and he may have drilled out the jets... So I imagine that it might still possibly be streetported...)

What do you guys think? Is this not decent power output for a stockport 12a? Or do you think it my have a bit of porting done? When I have time I'll just pull the exhaust and peek at the ports...

here is the dyno sheet...

Sorry about the snow in the pic. It snows like that once every 5 years where I live, so I had to snap the pic. Better pics to come...

Thanks guys.

Nope, I still have the electric one. Pretty soon I'll be able put a lithium based battery pack in it... (LiFePo4, or lithium iron phosphate)

A different guy was selling an electric FB. His had a smaller motor, with regenerative breaking. I really nice little setup. Mine is the deep red one, has a bigger motor,
I built it for acceleration and fun.

on another note,
Does that dyno chart look right for a stockported 12a with only basic exhaust mods and a stock carb?

it could quite possibly be a stock engine.
